Maybe a helmet, mainly because wanks in Virginia can’t drive worth a crap or not; safety is third.

Flashy lights for your bike front and back

Virgins with/ sensible taste in debauchery

IDs and maybe some cash; there are bars along the way

All the tools to fix your bike on the side of the road.

A thirst for beer

A vessel 

Sunscreen jizz

Some biking skills are preferred, but not required.
